條款及細則|Terms and Conditions
本條款適用於顧客透過本網站向四季酒業貿易有限公司(下稱「本公司」)購買貨品或服務之交易。
The terms below apply to customers who purchase products or services from Four Seasons Wine Trading Limited ("the Company") on this website.
一般條款 General

如任何貨品因缺貨而未能提供予顧客,本公司會另行通知或作退款安排。In the event that the Company is unable to fulfil any of the products or services in customer's order, the Company will notify the customer or arrange refund.

所有訂單須視乎相關貨品的供應情況再作最後確認。倘若本公司未能提供任何已訂購的產品,本公司有權拒絕接受該訂單,並會於訂單發送後的兩個工作天內透過電話或電郵通知顧客。All orders are subject to confirmation of final availability and the Company reserves the right to reject the order in the event that any products or services requested are unavailable. In the event that the Company is unable to fulfil any of the products or services in customer's order, the Company will notify the customer by phone or email within two days after the submission of order.
付款 Payment

顧客可以透過 PayPal 在線支付。Customer can pay online via PayPal.

網上購物的付款上限為HK$30,000(以每一張單計算),如顧客須要購買總值HK$30,000以上的貨品,請致電+852 3584 6018與本公司聯絡。The upper limit of purchase on this website is HK$30,000 per transaction. For any purchase over the value of HK$30,000, please call the Company +852 3584 6018.

所有網上訂購的貨品須由本公司全權決定並根據存貨供應而接受。顧客將於收取貨品的同時收到最終的購物收據以作記錄。Customers offer to purchase made on this website shall be subject to the Company's sole discretion and may not be accepted subject to the availability of stock. A final and conclusive invoice will be presented to customer upon delivery.
送貨服務 Delivery

凡購物滿HK$3,000或以上,可享指定的香港,九龍及新界地點免費送貨服務 (只限單一送貨地點)。惠顧少於HK$3,000,顧客須付HK$150送貨費用。For purchases at HK$3,000 or above, the Company offers free delivery service to selected location in Hong Kong Island, Kowloon or New Territories (single location only). For purchases less than HK$3,000, customers have to pay HK$150 for delivery.

訂購的貨品將於收到訂單及款項後的5個工作天內送貨。Customer's purchases will be delivered within five working days after orders and payment were received.

免費送貨服務的範圍只包括指定香港,九龍及新界地點:Free delivery service is limited to any one of selected locations in Hong Kong Island, Kowloon or New Territories listed below:
香港:西環、上環、中環、灣仔、銅鑼灣、北角、柴灣、香港仔
Hong Kong Island: Sai Wan, Sheung Wan, Central, Wan Chai, Causeway Bay, North Point, Chai Wan, Aberdeen
九龍:紅磡、土瓜灣、尖沙咀、旺角、大角咀,深水埗、九龍灣、新蒲崗、觀塘
Kowloon: Hung Hom, To Kwa Wan, Tsim Sha Tsui, Mongkok, Tai Kok Tsui, Sham Shui Po, Kowloon Bay, San Po Kong, Kwun Tong
新界:沙田、火炭、葵涌、荃灣、元朗、天水圍、屯門、將軍澳、大埔、粉嶺,上水
New Territories: Shatin, Fo Tan, Kwai Chung, Tsuen Wan, Yuen Long, Tin Shui Wai, Tuen Mun, Tseung Kwan O, Tai Po, Fanling, Sheung Shui

若送貨地點無升降機,本公司保留權利向該顧客收取額外送貨費用。The Company reserves the right to charge an additional delivery fee if lift service is not available at the delivery address.

當八號以上烈風、暴風或颶風信號懸掛或黑色警告生效時,送貨服務時間或會延遲,本公司將會聯絡顧客更改送貨日期。Delivery services will be suspended when typhoon signal no. 8 or above or a black rain warning is hoisted. In this event customers will be contacted to reschedule delivery time.

如收貨人未能於約定時間內收取已訂購之貨品,本公司保留權利向該顧客收取額外的送貨費用。The Company reserves the right to charge an additional delivery fee if the recipient is not available to accept delivery at the scheduled delivery time.

送貨地址如有任何變更,顧客有責任即時通知本公司。It it the responsibility of customers to notify the Company immediately of any change to their delivery address.

本公司保留權利可絕對酌情決定拒絕向任何顧客送付貨品。The Company reserves the right to decline delivery of goods to any customer at our sole discretion absolutely.
退貨條款 Refund Policy

當收貨人收取已訂購貨品的同時,有責任檢查該貨品是否有損毀情況,包括所有玻璃物品及酒具。It is the receiver's responsibility to check the condition of any goods received, including glassware and accessories, at the time of delivery.

顧客必須出示有效收據作退款,而退款保證只適用於價值HK$800以下或少於10年的洋酒或香檳(以單一枝計算)。Refund is only available when valid original receipt is provided and refund guarantee will only be applicable on wine or champagne below HK$800 (per bottle) or less than 10 years.

訂購任何玻璃品或酒具,收貨人確認收取貨品後將不能退換。No returns shall be made on glassware or accessories after the receiver has acknowledged receipt of the goods.

退款金額將於確認後起30天內安排。將收取HK$200收貨費用。如果退回的葡萄酒不處於可銷售狀態,將會收取額外費用。Refund will be arranged within 30 days upon confirmation. In this event the Company will charge HK$200 to get back the goods. If the returned wine is not at sellable condition, the Company may charge an additional fee.

顧客如需要退貨或退款,請於送貨日內拍下損毀貨品的相片,並電郵 contact@fourseasonswine.com.hk。In the event you would like to claim a refund or return, please take photo of the damaged goods at the time of delivery, then email to contact@fourseasonswine.com.hk.

產品的所有風險在送貨後應轉交給顧客,但本公司保留產品的所有權,直到收到全額付款。All risks in the products shall pass to customers upon delivery but the Company shall retain title in the products until full payment has been received.
如有任何爭議,本公司保留最終決定權。如有任何查詢,請電郵 contact@fourseasonswine.com.hk。If any dispute arises, the Company's determination shall be final. If any queries, please email to contact@fourseasonswine.com.hk
本英文譯本謹供參考之用,倘中、英文本之文義有異,應以中文原文為準。
Where these terms and conditions are available in English, the Chinese version is the governing version and shall prevail whenever there is a discrepancy between the two versions.
